The purpose of this document is to define the requirements for creating a for a CAR RENTAL system called Cybernetic Car Rentals (CCR). The company wants to find a solution to modify its car renting business. The system being developed is a system to handle the business needs of renting out vehicles to customers, car monitoring, maintaining records, operating the customer portal website and Android Application, and reporting the state of the system to the company. This document will outline all of the necessary requirements to start development .The system does not fulfill any other needs of the business.
